4 Week Pinterest Growth Plan | How to Grow on Pinterest

Hey besties!

As we all know, Pinterest can take a long while to get tangible results from. Let's talk about how dedicating 4 weeks to Pinterest marketing with bite sized chunks can set you up for success! We're going to go week by week here.

Week 1:

Your first week should be all about setting up your business account, or auditing it if you already have one. This looks like doing keyword research and then going onto your account and inserting these in your name, bio, board titles, board descriptions, and anywhere else you can put them (without keyword stuffing, of course)!

Other than infusing keywords, you need to make sure you have a good profile picture and header, have your website(s) claimed, and enable rich Pins, if applicable to you!

Week 2:

Week two is where you'll sit down and build your strategy. Determine your goals, how often you can post, how you're getting your Pins in front of clients, and create the funnel that will get them from that Pin to your website (if that's where you want them to end up).

This can take a while to do, but be sure you're keeping your target market in mind, knowing how Pinterest keywords work, and creating a funnel specific to your goals! Whether you're taking them to sign up for a freebie and nurturing through an email list or bringing them to a social media channel, or even just selling your product directly through Pinterest, you need to know how to get the results you want.

Week 3:

Start creating designs and writing captions for your Pins. Figure out where each Pin will link, and you can even start scheduling in week 3 if you want to get ahead! Which brings us to...

Week 4:

Start scheduling Pins, through Pinterest or through something like Tailwind at whatever amount you determined you can create and post content. Remember that consistency is one of the most important parts of Pinterest, so try to Pin a few times daily!

After a while of this, check your analytics and see what's working. But remember to not expect immediate results, as it can take around 6 months to start seeing tangible results on Pinterest!

If this all sounds like too much, I get it. I have 1:1 coaching calls where I'll teach you how to do all of this, or other services where I'll do it all for you. Fill out a contact form if you're ready! Looking forward to it. xoxo
